I spent June creating content for myself and brands, pitched a newspaper column, and am helping my sister build her wellness business.

In May, I launched a new online course, and spent the rest of the month speaking my truth - with brand partners and standing up for what’s right on my own platform.

From dancing with Dr. Oz to giving green juice to Oprah, Health Coaching has brought me opportunities I never dreamed possible!
